2.? Features of the continuous rolling mill
　　1. The continuous rolling pipe mill is composed of size-reducing mill, five-stand continuous rolling mill, and four sets of three-roll self-retaining mandrel bars supporting stand. The five stands are 45°to the horizontal plane, laid across perpendicular to each other.

　　2. Increases the entrance speed of billet and the retaining speed of mandrel, therefore decreases wears of tools, extends the working life of the tools and improves the inner surface quality of the billet.

　　3. The elongation coefficient is large and covers wide range of wall thickness. The wall thickness of product pipes can vary in the range of 5～40mm.

　　4. Adopts fast roll-changing system, the roll-changing stand time is short.?

　　5. The high pressure water descaling system is in place at the entrance, which contributes to improve the outer surface quality of the pipes.

　　6. Adopts the advanced Hydraulic Capsule Control System (HCCS) for the determination of rolling parameters and online parameters maintenance of the continuous rolling mill, thus further improve the pipe quality.

　　7. Adopts the advanced QAS (Quality Assurance System) for real time monitor of the wall thickness of the pierced billet.

　　8. Equipped with the advanced PSS for the maintenance of continuous rolling parameters determination and online parameters, thus further optimizes the rolling parameters.
