4.? QAS chamber
　　There are two QAS chambers, each at the rear of the push bench and the rear of sizing mill. The Quality Assurance System installed inside were designed and supplied by German Meer. The chambers are used to inspect the temperature, wall thickness, outer diameter and length of the pipes, and the measured data are utilized for the process control, monitor and management during the production. The features of QAS chambers are:

　　2)? High speed measurement

　　3)? Collect real time data and analyze them; pass the results to relevant operators in time; adjust the relevant process parameters promptly; ensure the process quality is under control.
